Verified and credible information reaching the Zambian Eagle indicates that discredited Electoral Commission of Zambia  (ECZ) Chairperson Essau Chulu and Director of Elections Priscilla Isaacs have been missing from the Commission for the past two weeks now.
Insiders have revealed that both Essau Chulu and Priscilla Isaacs have runaway from Zambia into unknown destinations believed to be outside Africa.

Essau Chulu is believed to be in the US while Priscilla Isaacs was spotted in South Africa but is now believed to be Australia in what sources say they have gone on indefinite leave.

Sources say both senior officials never filled in any formal leave forms but runaway without indicating when they will return back into the country.

Credible information indicate that very soon, more revelations of how elections were rigged will be revealed and even some of the donors that funded the elections are now demanding for answers.

More senior management officials have been quitting the discredited electoral commission with the latest being the director of Finance who quit yesterday.

So far, ECZ Head of IT division Brown Kasaro also tendered his resignation from the ECZ in protest against the invasion of the secret ECZ servers by Samuel Chavula which was sanctioned by Priscilla Isaacs.

Later ECZ Commissioners David Matongo and Dr. Frederick Ng’andu also left the commission unceremoniously following massive differences with Essau Chulu who happens to be the nephew to former President Rupiah Banda and worked in the same office with Edgar Lungu on the Copperbelt together with Priscilla Isaacs at ZCCM.

ECZ Spokesperson Chris Akufuna also resigned recently in unexplained circumstances.

There has been tension brewing at ECZ since the last elections as many Commissioners and stuff members have been complaining about the fraudulent elections that never met the minium requirements for the holding of free, fair, transparent and credible elections.

Priscilla Mulenga Isaacs recently verbally told Essau Chulu that she wanted to resign and go into quite life at her stolen farm in Chunyunyu after Chongwe.

It s unfortunate that the people who call others tribalist, are hypocrites. They themselves are real tribalist.

Unlike Chiefs from other regions, the Eastern Chiefs have responded to this nonsense in very clear terms. One would have hoped other Chiefs would have also reprimanded their subjects when they spewed nonsense and all the mess we are in now would have been avoided. But do not add your stuff ba Watchdog – did Senior Chief Nzamane refer to the President in his reprimand of Edwin Sakala?
