Magistrate was watching soccer as court waited!

Information reaching the Zambian Watchdog is that the Magistrate presiding over the Hakainde Hichilema case was actually watching soccer in his office as the court waited for his appearance.

At half time of the match between Zambia and Iran in the Under 20 World Championship in South Korea, Simusamba called the lawyers in chambers and told them his computer had crashed and that he was awaiting an IT expert to retrieve the file that contained the judgement.

Our source, however, said immediately the lawyers left the chambers, the magistrate called Kaiser Zulu at state house and whilst laughing told him “I have fixed them”.

It is believed Kaiser Zulu was at that time watching soccer with Edgar Lungu.

The source says the judgement where he will say he has no power to decide the case and then commit it to the High Court is actually  ready.

Magistrate Simusamba on Monday adjourned the case to Wednesday feigning sickness but reports reaching us are that he had a severe hangover after having drunk heavily at State House with Kaiser Zulu.

Simusamba is a PF cadre and is said to have no friends at all in the legal fraternity and peer groups due to political  inclinations and open support for the ruling party and also corruption, drunkenness and a loose mouth.

We wonder how the Chief Justice Irene Mambilima is allowing such kind of unprofessional behaviour under her watch. Our only conclusion is that she’s part and parcel of the conspiracy to lay to waste a noble profession in exchange for 30 pieces of silver.

zambians are too docile or is ot peaciful to have let a few people take hostage of a nation. No wonder Priscilla is on the run, she and chulu are guilty too and must be punished even posthumously.
