PF Continues to Siphon Money from State Institutions – NAPSA

In an unambiguous manner, the PF regime led by Dictator Edgar Chagwa Lungu has embarked on a very clear looting path of resources from state enterprises. NAPSA has not been able to sway the looting hook away. One specific instance have been unearthed where the PF leadership are literally forcing projects on NAPSA management.

An outrageously overpriced hotel has been earmarked for construction in Livingstone. The sources state that the cost has been set at almost double the actual price complete with provisions for variations in price. The Lungu led PF. Government has preselected a contractor for the works, fixed the cost at which the hotel must be constructed and issued the instruction to NAPSA to cement the deal with the preselected contractor.

The NAPSA board and management have been severely warned that transaction is a must go and anything less shall result in heads rolling.

Basically the Board has been rendered inoperative. The Managing Director turned into a stooge as he has been warned and threatened to lose his job in no un clear terms. The poor Board Secretary was literally humiliated in one callout meeting and chased out of the bogus Board Meeting as the PF thuggery exercised the looting lunatic tactics onto NAPSA.

NAPSA is an institution for all working class persons contributing towards their future securities. To the citizens, NAPSA is not a PF institution. This institution belongs to the public. Dictator Edgar Chagwa Lungu has decided to proceed with this scandal and siphon money through NAPSA and this project.

Dictator Edgar Chagwa Lungu soldiers on without shame, ravaging the land of Zambia of all its resources. This Dictator must be booted out from that Honourable seat where he has lamentably failed to perform

It s unfortunate that the people who call others tribalist, are hypocrites. They themselves are real tribalist.

Unlike Chiefs from other regions, the Eastern Chiefs have responded to this nonsense in very clear terms. One would have hoped other Chiefs would have also reprimanded their subjects when they spewed nonsense and all the mess we are in now would have been avoided. But do not add your stuff ba Watchdog – did Senior Chief Nzamane refer to the President in his reprimand of Edwin Sakala?
